摘要
目的探讨十二指肠旁疝的临床特点及其早期诊断。方法对23例于1980—2010年经剖腹探查术确诊为十二指肠旁疝病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组病人十二指肠旁疝位于左侧18例,右侧5例。13例存在饱食、剧烈运动等诱因,15例出现急性小肠梗阻症状。16例腹部CT显示囊性空肠袢。结论十二指肠旁疝的临床表现复杂多样,常缺乏特异性,腹部CT显示上腹部空肠袢对早期诊断具有一定价值。
Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and early diagnosis of paraduodenal hernia.Methods Clinical data of 23 patients with paraduodenal hernia confirmed by exploratory laparotomy during 1980—2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results Left paraduodenal hernia was seen in 18 cases and right one in five cases.Overeating and heavy exercise were noted in 13 patients,and 15 appeared symptoms of acute small bowel obstruction.Abdominal CT scans showed cystic jejunal loop in 16 cases.Conclusion The clinical manifestations of paraduodenal hernia are complicated and diversified,cystic jejunal loop on abdominal CT is of value for early diagnosis of this condition.
