本文从医学、法学两个角度对当前我国医疗风险概念的界定问题进行归纳、分析、总结,并详细阐述了医疗风险概念界定的重要性和现实意义,提出医疗风险概念的确立必须由政府相关部门主导,医学、法学人士共同参与来制定,并结合医学、法学两方面观点,提出了医疗风险概念界定的看法。
