飞行人员高血压患病和治疗状况调查分析及医学鉴定探讨

Probe into the investigation analysis and medical evaluation of hypertension suffering and treatment among flying personnel

目的调查分析飞行人员高血压病的发病情况及临床特点,探讨其医学鉴定的标准。方法选取2009-04—2011-04在我院疗养的飞行人员体检资料,对其中诊断高血压的98人进行问卷调查,获取高血压知晓率、治疗率、控制率情况,相关危险因素及治疗状况。结果调查中飞行人员高血压患病率为9.4%,低于国内成人水平,高血压知晓率、治疗（服药）率和控制率分别为83.7%、61.2%、70.4%,也远高于国内水平。结论及时诊断、积极纠正不健康生活方式、合理治疗,对提高飞行人员的健康水平具有重要意义。

Objective To investigate and analyse of the hypertension incidence and clinical characteristics in flight crew,discuss the medical evaluation standards.Methods Investigate physical examination data of the flight crew during April 2009 to April 2011 in my sanatorium,diagnosis of hypertension,98 of which were conducted a questionnaire survey,for hypertension awareness,treatment,control rates,related risk factors and treatment situation.Results The prevalence rate of hypertension was 9.4%,below than domestic adults,hypertension awareness,treatment（medication）and control rates were 83.7%,61.2%,70.4%,also far better than domestic level.Conclusion Timely diagnose and correct positive unhealthy life style,reasonable treatment,to improve the health level of the flight crew is important.
