摘要
为研究焦化厂氨法脱硫废液与电厂烟气脱硫液混合后发生的变化,以及混合脱硫液与电厂烟气接触后发生的一系列反应,利用两种不同的脱硫液进行配比,通过采用化学分析方法及仪器分析方法进行实验室实验.结果表明,焦化厂氨法脱硫废液与电厂烟气脱硫液混合后,焦化厂氨法脱硫废液中的氨盐转化为游离氨,可提高脱除烟气中SO2的效率,反应过程无沉淀生成.同时加速了电厂沉降池的沉降速度,为工业化应用提供了良好的理论依据.
The ammonia desulphuriztion waste liquid used in the process of flue gas desulphurization of power plant was studied in this paper.The proportion of the two kinds of desulphurization liquid was optimized and the liquids were tested with chemical analysis and instrumental analysis methods in laboratory.The results showed that the ammonium salt in the mixed liquid with proper proportion was converted to free ammonia,the elimination efficiency of SO2 in the flue gas was increased,there was no precipitation during reaction,and the sedimentation rate of sedimentation tank in power plant was accelerated.
