摘要
基于工况变化复杂,动态负载对车用质子交换膜燃料电池(proton exchange membrane fuel cell,PEMFC)发动机的影响备受关注。由于其动态特性,燃料电池动态输出在一定程度上影响着电池的性能和寿命。研究PEMFC单电池在动态负载变化时的动态特性,通过瞬态测试方法,结合理论分析,对PEMFC动态响应特性的多个方面进行研究。研究了气体流量、加湿度等操作条件对PEMFC动态响应的影响。结果表明,当阴极空气化学计量比大于3时,在低电流密度区,PEMFC低调差别不明显,高电流密度区由于水的堆积,依然有较大差别,电流密度阶跃越大,其差别越大;阴极空气加湿湿度太低或者太高都会引起PEMFC动态响应的较大变化,PEMFC的动态响应性能在高于50%但是小于100%加湿,会达到一个很好的动态响应性能。
Based on the change of the complex dynamic load,the influence of dynamic response on the performance of fuel cell vehicle is important.Because of its dynamic characteristics,the dynamic output affects the performance and life of fuel cell in a certain extent.The dynamic characteristics under various aspects in a single cell were studied by the transient test method and theoretical analysis.The results show that,when the cathode chemometrics is more than 3,there is no obvious dynamic response at the low current density.However,the dynamic response is appeared at high current density.The air humidity has an obvious impact on the dynamic response of PEMFC.When the air humidity is between 50% and 100%,the performance of PEMFC is better.
