摘要
在高压直流开关电源中,高压高频变压器是升压、传递能量和安全隔离的关键部件,其性能好坏将直接影响原边和副边电路运行。高频高压变压器的分布参数主要是漏感和分布电容。首先分析高压高频变压器分布电容产生的机理及规律,提出了四次级高压高频变压器的等效模型。然后采用解析法根据高压高频变压器的几何参数对其分布电容进行推导,并对比两种不同绕组连接方式下高压高频变压器的动态电容。最后设计一台60 kV高压高频变压器,并对其分布电容进行测试,结果与理论相符合。
In high-voltage DC power supply,the high-voltage high-frequency transformer is the key component tostep up voltage,transfer energy and isolate circuits.Its performance directly affects the operation of the primary and secondary circuits.The distributed parameters of the high-voltage high-frequency transformer were leakage inductance and stray capacitance.Firstly,the mechanism of the stray capacitance in high-voltage high-frequency transformer was analyzed,and the equivalent circuit of four-winding high-voltage transformer was introduced in thispaper.Secondly,the stray capacitance of the high-voltage high-frequency transformer was deduced by analytic approach according to its geometric parameters.And the dynamic capacitance of high-voltage high frequency in thetwo different directions was compared.At last,a 60 kV high voltage high frequency transformer was designed,and its stray capacitance was tested.The result is in agreement with the theoretical value.
