摘要
原有的交通事故等级划分已不能适应当前的社会经济发展速度,基于原有的标准,并引入交通流密度差等因素提出危险系数λ,通过λ来确定交通事故的反应等级,以期为交通管理部门和政府紧急救援部门提供一定的参考和借鉴。
The original grade division of traffic accident can't meet the current soeio-eeonomie growth rate. Based on original standard, the risk factor λ is put forward by introducing traffic flow density difference, and the response grade of traffic accident can be determined by λ. It can provide reference for traffic management and government emergency departments.
