从浮动车GPS采集交通信息基本技术原理出发,分析GPS原始数据和系统输出数据的质量评测要求,提出不同数据质量要素的质量评测方法,以指导浮动车采集交通信息评估。
Based on the technical principles of using floating car GPS data collecting traffic information, it analyzes the quality evaluation requirements of raw data and output data of GPS, and puts forward the quality evaluation method for different elements of data quality, which can guide the evaluating of traffic information collected by floating ear.
