摘要
通过对"无车日"由来、绿色交通以及实施"无车日"的必要性进行分析,并以兰州市城关区实施"无车日"的交通量调查数据、环境监测数据为例,探讨"无车日"的实施效果,以期为实施相应的交通管制和公共交通的发展提供一定的参考依据。
In this paper, the origination of car free day is introduced, and the green traffic and the necessity of car free day are analyzed. Based on the survey data of traffic volume and environmental monitoring data got from Chenguan District in Lanzhou which implements the plan of car free day, the implement effect of car free day is discussed. It can provide some scientific guidance for corresponding traffic control and the development of public traffic.
