摘要
随着高速公路计重收费的实施,如何合理确定计重收费的基本费率也成为重点研究的问题。通过采集样本数据,提出基于MATLAB的三次样条插值确定计重收费基本费率的方法,并建立确定基本费率的计算模型,以供同行参考和借鉴。
With the implementation of highway weight-calculating charge, how to determine the reasonable basic rate has become a key problem. By collecting sample data, the cubic spline interpolation method based on MATLAB is proposed to determine the basic rate, and the basic rate calculation model is built, which can provide reference for peers.
