摘要
如何合理确定铁路的主要技术标准,不但关系到铁路自身发展及铁路在综合交通运输体系中发挥重要作用,而且会对国民经济长远发展产生深远影响。以新海铁路专用线为例,介绍新海专用线的线路走向和工程概况,重点研究了主要技术标准、选线方案、限制坡度、最小曲线半径、正线数目的比选以及工程效果等。研究内容不仅可以用于综合协调主要技术标准,还可以为制定标准和具体设计线的主要技术标准提供定量的技术经济依据,对新海线项目的经济评估有一定的应用价值。
How to make rational decisions on the main technical standard not only has much thing to do with its own development and its role in the comprehensive transport system, but also has great impact on the long-term development of national economy. Taking Xinhai Special Railway as an example, it introduces the alignment and the project general situation of Xinhai Special Railway and focuses on the major technical standards, railway route selection, limiting grade, minimum radius of curve, number of main track, project effect and so on. The research content is not only used for assorting with the major technical standards, but establishing standards and providing the quantificational technical economy gist of practical railway line, which has a certain application value to the economic estimate of Xinhai Railway project.
