Comprehensive Transportation Development Planning in Small and Medium-Sized City under New Situation——Taking Lishui City Comprehensive Transportation Development 12th Five-Year Plan as an Example

从综合交通规划的实体规划和制度规划两个基本方面进行分析,针对发展规划特点,形成"十二五"综合交通发展规划基本方法,并以丽水市"十二五"综合交通发展规划为例进行分析,显现了该方法在实际规划项目中的实用性与可操作性。

Aiming at planning characteristics of development, the paper analyzes the entity planning andsystem planning of comprehensive transportation planning, forms the basic methods of ＂ILtn Five-Year Plan＂ for comprehensive transportation planning, and takes ＂12th Five-Year Plan＂ of comprehensive transportation plan of Lishui City as an example. The feasibility and maneuverability of the method in the actual planning are verified.
