摘要 通过介绍泡沫沥青冷再生技术在17省道路面大中修工程中的应用实践,阐述室内混合料配合比设计、拌和、运输、摊铺、碾压过程及其质量控制要点,表明泡沫沥青混合料能实现铣刨料完全回收利用,且拌和无需加热集料,节能效果明显。该工程的实践经验得出:沥青发泡条件确定、拌和质量控制是施工的要点;该材料能适用于重载交通路面大中修工程。 It introduces the application of foam asphalt cold recycling technology in pavement heavy and medium repair engineering of Provincial Road No.17,expatiates on the process of mix proportion design,mixing,transport,paving and compacting,as well as the quality control points.It is indicated that using foam asphalt mixture can realize the complete reclamation of milling-planing material,moreover there is no need to heat aggregate during mixing,and therefore the energy conservation effect is distinct.The experiences of the practice are: the construction points are foaming condition of asphalt and the quality control of mixing;the material is applied to heavy and medium repair of pavement with over-loading traffic.
