高效液相色谱法测定解毒西黄丸中人工牛黄的胆红素含量

Determination of Bilirubin in Artificial Bezoar from Jiedu Xihuang Pills by HPLC

目的建立解毒西黄丸中人工牛黄的胆红素含量的测定方法。方法采用Diamonsil C18（4.6 mm×150mm,5μm）色谱柱,甲醇-乙腈-1%冰醋酸溶液（88∶10∶2）为流动相,检测波长：453 nm,柱温为室温,进样体积：10μL。结果胆红素在0.484-40.32μg.mL-1范围内具有良好的线性关系,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.82%,RSD=2.14%（n=6）。结论本法简便、精密度好、结果准确,可用于解毒西黄丸中人工牛黄的胆红素的含量测定。

Objective To establish a method for the determination of bilirubin in artificial bezoar from Jiedu Xihuang Pills.Methods HPLC was used,and the chromatographic conditions were as follows：Diamonsil C18 column（4.6 mm × 150 mm,5 μm）,methanol-acetonitrile-1 % acetic acid（88 ∶ 10 ∶ 2） as mobile phase,detection wavelength at 453nm,column temperature set at room temperature,and injection volume of 10 μL.Results Good linearity of bilirubin was shown in the range of 0.484 ~ 40.32 μg·mL^-1,r=0.9998,average recovery was 99.82 %,RSD = 2.14 %（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple,precise,and accurate,and can be used for the determination of bilirubin in artificial bezoar from Jiedu Xihuang Pills.
