城职院教学质量监控体系由标准系统、组织系统、信息系统、监控运行系统等4个子系统组成。这一体系的构建,突出了监控主体的多元化,重视教学过程监控与专项督查监控的结合,完善了监控机制与激励机制并重的管理制度,实行了校系两级教学督导机制,有效保证和促进了学校教学质量的提高。

The teaching quality monitoring system of the City Vocational College consists of 4 sub-systems, i. e. , the system of standards, the system of organization, the system of information, and the system of operation monitoring. The construction of this system featured with multiple monitors, emphasizing the cooperation of teaching process monitoring and particular project monitoring. It has completed the management system which emphasizes both the monitoring mechanism and the incentive mechanism, realized the college-department two level supervising mechanism. It has effectively insured and promoted the rising of the teaching quality.
