The Inspiration of Higher Education Tendency to Talent Training

综观高等教育的发展,呈现出教育功能社会化、办学层次多样化、教育对象大众化、学习体系终身化、教育平台信息化、国际合作广泛化、创业教育热点化等七个方面的趋势。在此影响下,我国高校人才培养应进一步深化人才培养模式上的改革与创新,适应社会需求,构建综合化的课程体系和教师终身学习体系,引入国际化的考评标准,完善现代化的教育技术,以促进学生综合素质的全面提高。

In general, the development tendency of higher education demonstrates in seven aspects, including socialized educational function, various level of school running, popularization in educational objects, life-long learning system, informatization of education platform, international cooperation, and entrepreneuring education. All of these give inspiration to talent training in u- niversities. In order to meet the need of the society, we should further deepening the reform and innovation in talent training mode, construct synthesized curriculum system and life-long learning system, introduce international evaluation standards, complete the modem education technology, promote the rising of general quality of the students.
