摘要
自行车共享交通系统提高了自行车的利用率,可改善城市交通出行结构,缓解交通拥挤,减少交通污染,有利于低碳高品质城市的实现和城市交通可持续发展战略的实施。在对自行车共享交通系统及其国内外发展历程、现状分析研究的基础上,指出现状条件下自行车共享交通系统的具体实施障碍,并为我国自行车共享交通系统的发展提供相关建议。
Bike sharing system increases the use efficiency of bicycles, which helps to improve the urban trip structure, alleviate traffic congestion and reduce traffic pollution. It is also essential both to realize high-quality low-carbon city and to carry out the sustainabledevelopment strategy of urban transportation. Based on analysis of the system conception, system classification, system structure, technology use, benefit analysis and development status of the bike sharing systems in the cities both at home and abroad, several safeguard measures have been given to improve the development of Chinese bike sharing system on the basis of analyzing the systems' implementation obstacles.
