摘要
【目的】了解小麦淀粉主要特性在RIL群体中的分离和分布规律及小麦淀粉主要性状间的相关关系。【方法】以普通小麦重组自交系群体为材料,研究小麦籽粒淀粉品质性状在后代群体中的分离和分布,同时对RIL群体后代家系的籽粒总淀粉、直链淀粉、支链淀粉含量,支/直比、膨胀势及RVA参数等12个性状进行了相关分析。【结果】籽粒淀粉品质特性在后代群体中表现为微效多基因控制的数量性状,表现为数量性状遗传,变异系数为6.43%~46.03%,变异大;淀粉主要性状间存在不同程度的相关。【结论】重组自交系群体遗传背景清楚,准确反映了小麦主要淀粉品质性状间的相关关系,可以对所研究的淀粉性状进行数量性状定位。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this project is to understand the isolation and distribution of starch properties of wheat grain in RIL groups, their correlation and the starch properties. [ Method ] The isolation and distribution about starch propertie,~ of wheat grain, the difference and correlation among total starch amount, amylose, amylopeetin, amylopectin/amyloe, swelling power and parameter of RVA of wheat grain were analyzed by a recombined and inbred lines. [ Result] Starch properties of wheat grain were controlled by minor polygenes, expressed as the nuraber of genetic traits. The coefficient of variation was 6.43% -46.03%, and there were different degrees of correlation in the various starches properties. [ Conclusion ]Recombinant inbred line population genetic background is clear, which accurately reflects the main wheat starch quality traits correlation, so that ilt can be used for quantitative mapping of the studied starch traits.
