喀什市主要上市蔬菜铜含量的分析与评价 被引量:1

摘要 【目的】分析喀什市主要上市蔬菜中铜的含量,对其污染状况进行评价。【方法】选取15种常食蔬菜为研究对象,测定各种蔬菜中铜的含量并采用单因子污染指数法进行评价。【结果】各种蔬菜中铜的含量均未超出国家规定的标准限量值。15种蔬菜中大蒜的铜含量最高,六大蔬菜种类中铜的含量依次为:葱蒜类>根茎类>豆类>茄果类>瓜菜类>叶菜类。污染指数P均小于0.7,属于0级,安全。【结论】喀什市蔬菜未受到污染,属于安全,市民可以放心食用。 [ Objective ] The research aimed to understand the copper content of main vegetables in Kashgur City~ market and evaluate the pollution status. [ Method ] The copper content in the fifteen vegetables that were regularly selected as the research object were determined and evaluated by single -factor pollution index method. [ Result] Copper content in each vegetable did not exceed the limit value of the state standards. The copper content in garlic is highest in the fifteen kinds of vegetables, and the copper content in six general kinds of vegetables is in this order: bulb type 〉 rhizome 〉 beans 〉 eggplant 〉 vegetables category 〉 foliage. The vegetables whose pollution index P is le,;s than O. 7, belonging to 0 class is safe. [ Conclusion ] Vegetables in Kashgar City have not been contaminated, and they are safe. Citizens can take them safely.
