苦马豆素人工抗原免疫家兔的安全性试验 被引量:4

Safety Evaluation of Artificial Antigen for Swainsonine in Immunized Rabbits

摘要 【目的】试验通过分析苦马豆素人工抗原SW-BSA免疫家兔时对其机体肝功、肾功的影响,进行安全性评价。【方法】将18只家兔随机分为对照组(6只)、免疫Ⅰ组(6只)、免疫Ⅱ组(6只),免疫组依次进行首免和加强免疫,每次免疫前进行采血,分析血清谷草转氨酶(GOT)、谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、d-甘露糖苷酶(AMA)、肌酐(CRE)活性的变化,同时检测免疫组尿液和血液中有无苦马豆素,并观察家兔组织器官的形态学变化。【结果】免疫组与对照组的血清GOT、GPT、AKP、LDH、AMA、CRE差异均不显著(P>0.05),尿液和血液中均未检查出苦马豆素,镜检未见到家兔器官出现中毒现象。【结论】合成的人工抗原SW-BSA对家兔具有较好的安全性。 [ Objective ] The safety was evaluated through the experiments with the effects of artiticial antigen of swainsonine ( SW - BSA) on immunized rabbits" liver and kidney. [ Method ] 18 rabbits were divided into control group (6 rabbits ), immunity group Ⅰ(6 rabbits), immunity group Ⅱ (6 rabbits ) randomly, two immunity groups went through initial immunization and booster immunization, and blood was sampled before each immunization. The activities of GOT, GPT, AKP, LDH, AMA, CRE in serum were analyzed, and swainsonine in the urine and blood was measured, the pathomorphological changes of organ in rabbits were observed. [ Result] Results showed that the differences of activities of GOT, GPT, AKP, LDH, AMA, CRE between two immunity groups and control group were light, and swainsonine was not found in the urine and serum, and toxic symptom was not diagnosed in their organs by microscopic examination. [ Conclusion ] It showed that artificial antigens of SW - BSA was safe for rabbits.
