摘要
【目的】促进新疆吐鲁番市土地资源的合理利用,选取该市2009年土地利用结构和经济控制指标的相关数据,对2020年的土地利用结构进行优化。【方法】以最优化理论为指导思想,运用灰色线性规划方法,得到三个备选方案,再通过BP神经网络从中择出最优方案。【结果】三个方案中,方案二的网络输出值最大,其次是方案三和方案一,即方案二的综合效益最高,方案三次之,方案一最低。【结论】通过对三个方案的比较,确定方案二为最优方案,该方案与吐鲁番市的现状和规划远期的发展趋势相符,有一定的科学性。
[ Objective ] The purpose of this project was to promote the rational use of land resources in Turpan, Xinjiang. The data related to the structure of land use and economic control indicators in 2009 were selected and the structure of land use for the year 2020 was optimized. [ Method ] In this paper, the optimization theory was used as the guiding ideology, and the gray linear programming methods were applied so that three options were obtained. And then through BP neural network, the optimal solution was chosen from the three. [ Result]The results showed that: among the three options, the network output value of the option two was the largest, followed by the option three and the option one, that is, the overall efficiency of the program two was the highest, the program three was the intermediate, and program one the minimum. [ Conclusion] By comparison of the three options, option two was determined the optimal one, which was in line with and Turpan's status quo and the development trend of long - term planning in the city. This is of some scientificity.
