黑果枸杞叶黄酮降血脂及抗氧化活性的研究 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探讨黑果枸杞叶黄酮的降血脂及抗氧化活性。方法:昆明(KM)雄性小鼠72只适应环境1w后,随机分为6组(n=12只/组),即正常对照组、高脂模型组、辛伐他汀组,黄酮低、中、高剂量组。除正常对照组外,其他各组饲喂高脂饲料诱发高脂血症,每周的固定时间称量小鼠体质量1次,按体重更换1次剂量。试验第42d取血后解剖小鼠,检测血浆TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C和T-AOC含量,以及肝组织匀浆SOD、GSH-Px酶活力和MDA含量。结果:与正常对照组相比,高脂模型组血浆TC、TG、HDL-C含量极显著升高(P<0.01),LDL-C含量极显著降低(P<0.01),说明高脂模型复制成功。与高脂模型组相比,黄酮灌胃组TC、TG和LDL-C含量极显著(P<0.01)降低,HDL-C含量极显著升高(P<0.05)。同时,血浆总T-AOC及肝组织匀浆SOD和GSH-Px酶活力显著升高(P<0.05),MDA产生极显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:黑果枸杞叶黄酮具有降血脂和抗氧化活性,可以作为预防动脉粥样硬化的新药来源。 Objective:Study on hypolipidemic and antioxidant activity in vivo of the total flavonoids from Lycium ruthenicum Murr.Methods:After a week mice adapted to the environment,seventy-two kunming malemice were randomly assigned to six groups(n=12 in each group):normal group,model group,simvastatin group,low-dose flavonoids group,middile-dose flavonoids group and high-dose flavonoids group.Excluding normal control group,other groups mice were feeded with high fat diets.The bodyweights of mice were weighed at fixed-timeweekly and changed dose.On the 42th day,the mice were decapitated after taking out the blood from mice.The TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,T-AOC of serum and GSH-Px,SOD,MDA of liver were measured.Results:Compared with the normal group,the TC,TG,HDL-C of serum in the model group were increased apparently(P0.01)which showed hyperlipidemia model was successful.Compared with model group,the TC,TG,LDL-C of serum in the flavonoids groups were deceased apparently(P0.05)and HDL-C decreased apparently(P0.05).At the same time,the activity of T-AOC of serum,GSH-Px and SOD of liver decreased apparently(P0.05),the contents MDA of live reduced apparently(P0.01).Conclusion:The total flavonoids from Lycium ruthenicum Murr.has effection of hyperlipidemia and antioxidantion activity,it is a new source to get drugs of preventing atherosclerosis.
