With the deepening reform of the medical system,especially the reform of the medical insurance system can bring about a series of new problems and unprecedented influence in hospital,the hospital is facing new opportunities and challenges.How to work hard for the corresponding countermeasures,continue to deepen the internal reform,promote the hospital competition ability,the medical insurance reform negative influence to the lowest point,has become a hospital economic management should be taken seriously.This article through the literature review,theoretically analyzed medical insurance reform,especially the effect of public hospital,and combining with actual analysis to our medical insurance reform of the impact of the operation and development;Finally,aimed at the system,operation in such areas defects,and put forward a concrete measures to deal with the impact of cure.
