摘要
罗杰斯(Carl Ransom Rogers)是美国人本主义心理学的代表人物之一,他的人际关系论主要有以下3方面的当代价值:其一,在深化医疗改革中的指导价值。他的治疗关系观是医生对患者的协助关系,特别重视治疗者的态度。其二,在实施素质教育中的借鉴价值。他的教育观是人本主义教育观,倡导自由学习是维护学生的主体性。其三,在构建和谐社会中的推广价值。
Carl Ransom Rogers was one of the leaders of the humanistic psychology in the U.S. The contemporary values of his theory of interpersonal relationship are mainly reflected in the following three aspects. First is the value in directing healthcare reform. His "Client-Centered Therapy" emphasizes the assistance from the doctor and the attitudes of the patients. Second is the value in implementing quality education. His humanistic education theory advocates the students' freedom of study to keep their subjectivity. The third is the promoting value in constructing a harmonious society.
