摘要
为开发一种经济简化、方便安全的破甲毁伤试验方法。基于电极引弧微爆轰原理,提出了应用电极引弧微爆轰物理模拟破甲模拟试验方法。试验表明:钢板在聚能射流和爆轰波侵彻下,靶板防护效能的优劣性一致,且抗弹效能的等效关系比较接近。在评估靶材对破甲弹的防护能力时,可应用电极引弧微爆轰物理模拟射流侵彻靶板,比较靶材弹坑容积(深度)大小,获知靶板防护射流的优劣性;或根据量纲理论,计算两种靶材抗弹性能的等效关系。
A simple,economic and convenient experiment method of armored damage mechanism was developed.Based on principle of micro-detonation of electrode arc striking,the method of using micro-detonation of electrode arc striking to physically simulate shaped jet for experiments was put forward.The results of experiments indicated that under the penetration of shaped jet and detonation wave,the protection efficacy of target was the same and the equivalent relationship of bulletproof efficacy was nearly the same.When the bulletproof ability of target material was assessed,the micro-detonation of electrode arc striking could be used to physically simulate penetration of shaped jet to target.Comparing carter volume(depth) under different target material,the protection ability of target to shaped jet was got,or based on the dimension method;the equivalent method of bulletproof ability for different target material was computed.
