摘要
本文介绍一种可调谐 CO_2波导激光器。采用 SiO_2玻璃材料作激光管壳和以平面镜调节器作为调谐元件,在充气压为110托情况下,得到激光输出功率≥2w,频率调谐范Ⅲ≥220MHz。
A frequency tuned CO_2 waveguide laser used the source of transmitter in the out-dovs was introduced,using the SiO_2 glass and the flat mirror as a tuner,it's power is graterthan or equal to 2 w and the tuning range of the frequency is grater.than or equal to 200 MH_zat 110 torr of gas pressure.The stability of the frequency had been more improved.
