茶树不同品种对CO_2激光敏感性研究

The Sensitivity of Differnt Tea Varieties on CO_2 Laser

CO_2激光处理茶苗休眠芽,剂量在90J 范围内,对 L_1值株移栽成活率基本上没有影响;处理茶苗生长芽,对移栽成活率的影响因品种而异,大叶种比中小叶种敏感,同一品种无性系比实生苗敏感。顶芽的致死、半致死剂量,槠叶齐(实生苗)、福鼎大白茶(实生苗)、槠叶齐(无性系)>云南大叶(无性系)。

Irradiating the dormant buds of tea nursery Plants with CO_2 laser within the doseof 90 J hardly influenced the transplanting survial rates of L_1 generation.When the active budswere irradiated,the transplanting survial rates of L_1 generation varied according to tea varieties.Large leaf varieties were more sensive than middle and small leaf ones and clones more sensivethan seedlings.The lethal and semi-lethal dose of tip buds of the plant showed that Zhuyiqi(seedling)and Fudingdabai(seedling)>Zhuyiqi(clone)>Yunnandayi(clone)
