摘要
材料与方法供试品种:原丰5号;济南15号;1169。试验方法:1985年9月25日由山东海洋学院应用 YAG 和脉冲染料可调激光器照射种子胚。照射量均为一次脉冲,波长2660(?)为200mj/脉冲、3550(?)为350mj/脉冲、5300(?)为400mj/脉冲、10600(?)为500mj/脉冲。每个处理1000粒种子,于10月5日播种,以不处理为对照。1986年将其获得单株全部考种、脱粒。同年10月4日按株系法种植。1987年对其所有变异株全部考种脱粒,并进行统计分析,同年10月5日又选取各种波长不同变异类型一定数量的单株,继续按系谱法种植。
This experiment showed that after the embryoes of dry seed of winter wheat wereirradiated with various wave-lengthes of laser,the following aberration types were observed inthe L_1 generation.The total aberration ratio was 1.33-1.63%.Except the treatment with 10600 (?),other wavelengthes had no influence on this.The variations in plant height,car-type,headingstage,awnedness,shell color,grain type and grain-quality were all found in L_2 generation,and80—90% of mutant plant families tended to be stable in L_3 generation.
