摘要债务问题的历史解决手段历史上主权债务问题由来已久，债务危机在发达经济体爆发也并非首次，但最终都逐步解决．主权国家的公共债务与GDP之比的最高纪录为1946年英国的270％，债务的主要来源为战争债务。
