中西医结合治疗细菌性阴道病的临床分析

The clinical analysis of treatment bacterial vaginosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

目的:观察止带汤和替硝唑泡腾片中西医联合治疗细菌性阴道病的临床疗效。方法:将90例确诊的细菌性阴道病患者随机分成两组,两组均给予替硝唑泡腾片治疗,治疗组在此基础上给予中药治疗。结果:两组总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在改善全身自觉症状、降低复发率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗细菌性阴道病有较好的临床效果,复发率低。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of treatment bacterial vaginosis with Zhidai tang and Tinidazole effervescent tablets.Methods：90 patients with bacterial vaginosis were divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were both used Tinidazol effervescent tablets,and the treatment group oral Zhidai tang in the same time.Results：The total effective rate was no significant difference between the two groups（P0.05）,.but there were the significant difference in the recurrence rates and the improving whole body symptom（P0.05）,the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion：The treatment bacterial vaginosis with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has good efficacy and low recurrence rate
