摘要
采用折射式红外聚焦系统,利用传统的刀口法测定了10.6μm CO_2激光束斑的线度,并从理论上推广了刀口法的测量范围,使之适用于椭圆高斯光束线度的测量。讨论了在实际的光学系统中影响高斯束斑线度的因素及其与红外透镜 F 数的关系。
The measurement of 10.6 μm CO_2 laser beamwidth by using the traditional knife-edege method for the refractive type infrared focused aystems is presented.The measurementalrange of the knife-edege method is theoretically generalized to be suited for the measurement ofelliptical Gaussian beam spot.We also discuss the related factors which exert an influence onthe beamwidth and the relation of the beam width with the F number in the practical opticalsystems.
