不同耳点对头影测量值的影响及其相关因素分析 被引量:3

The effects of anatomical porion and mechanical porion on cephalometric measurements and influencing fac-tors in the location relationships of different porions

摘要 目的研究不同耳点选择对头影测量值的影响并探讨其相关因素。方法选择2003年7月至2007年7月于中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科就诊的青春发育高峰期后的105例患者头颅定位侧位片,分别采用机械耳点和解剖耳点定位眶耳平面,配对研究不同眶耳平面与下颌平面、上颌平面和面平面所成角度的差异,并分析不同错类型及不同性别之间机械耳点和解剖耳点的垂直距、水平距的差异。结果机械耳点和解剖耳点定位眶耳平面与下颌平面、上颌平面和面平面所成角度差异均有统计学意义,不同错类型及不同性别在机械耳点和解剖耳点的垂直距、水平距上差异无统计学意义。结论机械耳点和解剖耳点的位置存在明显差异,在头影测量分析中不能混用。 Objective To study the effects of anatomical porion and mechanical porion on cephalometric measurementsa nd influencing factors in the location relationships of different porions.Methods Totally 105 lateral cephalograms of post-juvenile patients were chosen,three items including FH-MP,FH-PP and FH-NP were measured according to dif-ferent porions,and then the measurements were statistically analysed.Meanwhile,the effects of different malocclusions and genders on the location relationships of different porions were detected.Results Significant differences were found in measurements of FH-MP,FH-PP and FH-NP,but no differences were showed in perpendicular or horizontal distanc-es between the anatomical porion and mechanical porion in different malocclusions,and the same result was found in dif-ferent genders.Conclusion Significant differences exist in the locations between anatomical porion and mechanical po-rion,so one shouldn't be confused with the other in cephalometric measurements.
