雍正元年天津截留漕粮述论

Discussion about Preserving Commissariat of Transport via the Canal in Tianjin in the first year of Yongzheng Dynasty

清代漕粮截留于天津的具体过程,史料记载很少,但有幸的是笔者在翻阅大量史料的过程中发现雍正年间兵部侍郎李绂在其文集《穆堂别稿》中留下了一篇日记,这篇日记详细记述了雍正元年把湖南、江西尾后十数帮漕粮截留于天津的全过程。本文就根据这篇日记复原一下当时漕粮截留的情景,并从这一个案中窥视清代漕粮在天津截留情况之一斑。

Few materials narrated the detailed process of preserving commissariat in Tianjin. I found a diary in Li Fu's corpus who was appointed Shilang in martial department. The diary recorded the course that the commissariat coming from the provinces of Hunan and Jiangxi was preserved in Tianjin.This article restitutes the course of preserving commissariat according the diary. We can peer the preserving commissariat of transport via the canal in Tianjin in Qing Dynasty.
