摘要
在阿马尔那时代的近东大国外交中,使节可分为信差、一般使节和特使三类,吃苦耐劳、忠诚、机智是使节的基本素质。在外交权限上,使节权力有限,在王室联姻等重大外交事务上往往得向本国汇报和请示。在外交豁免权上,阿马尔那时代的使节似乎还不能享有这样的权利。
In diplomacy of the Near East in Amarna Age, all messengers were divided into three parts: de- liverer, messengers, and envoys, which had the quality of sufferance, loyalty, and highly intelli- gence. The diplomatic power was limited and the messenger must report and receive command from his state. The person of the messengers was violated and he didn’t enjoy diplomatic immunity.
