试论冀商及其经营管理特色——以冀东“老呔帮”为例

Analysis of the Businessmen in Hebei Province and the Characteristics of Their Business Management

冀商是中国最早的地域商帮之一,特别是冀东乐亭帮(又称"老呔帮")在经商的实践过程中,逐步形成了一套颇具特色的经营理念、管理方式和方法,为中国特别是东北近现代的经济建设和社会发展作出了贡献,在中国商业史上谱写了光辉的篇章。

The businessmen in Hebei Province were among the earliest businessmen in China, especially the Leting Group (also called the Laotai Group). In the course of business practice, they gradually formed rather unique business philosophy, management style and methods. They made great contribution to modern economic construction and social development of China, especially to the northeast part.
