在以往有关俄国早期政党问题的研究中,少数民族政党问题始终是一项空白。少数民族政党是俄国最早成立的政党,他们高举民族复兴旗帜,在推翻沙皇专制统治的斗争中发挥了重要作用。与全俄政党相比,少数民族政党的形成与发展具有自己的特点。

Few people have studied minority nationality parties issues in previous Russian party study. The democrats had played a very important role in the struggle which overthrew the rule of dictatorial system. Compared with the other Russian parties, the minority parties had their own features of formation and development.
