摘要
本文针对北京一所高校的"青年教师培养方案"的有效性进行了研究。通过对10名新教师进行问卷调查,以及听课观摩、访谈、座谈会等途径,作者发现"新教师培养方案"是十分有效的。在指导教师的指导下,新教师在整体把握各个教学环节以及课堂活动安排方面更具多样性,课堂效果提高显著。此外,本文还探讨了新教师培养的相关问题。
Through questionnaire, classroom observation, interview and seminar, the paper investigates the effectiveness of the Project of Professional Development of Novice Teachers being carried out in a university in Beijing. The study shows that under the supervision of mentors, the ten novice teachers have performed quite well in managing the different teaching stages and organizing various classroom activities. And at the same time the paper discusses the problems in teacher professional development.
