“作者和作者意图”的论争及其对文学教学的启示 被引量:2

Contentions on the Issue of "Author and Author's Intention" and Its Enlightening Significance to Literature Teaching

摘要 本文概述西方文评理论关于作者和作者意图的传统观和现代观,指出20世纪关于作者和作者意图的论争为英美文学教学提供了有益的启示。本文结合教学实践,以散文、诗歌、小说的一些名篇为实例,阐明在处理作者和作者意图的问题上,必须根据作品或文本的品种和不同特点加以综合考虑。 This paper gives a critical surrey of the western perspectives on the issue of 'author and author's intention', both traditional and modern, and affirms that from the 20th century contentions on this issue, we may draw some inspiration beneficial to our teaching of English and American literature. With a citation of some famous prose writings, poems and short stories for illustration, the author of the paper claims from his teaching experience that the treatment of both the author and author's intention should take into account the genre of the text as well as its distinctive feature and style.
