Interweaving Translation Theories in Chinese and Western Tradition into a New Horizon of China’s Translatology

本文试图把中国传统译论置于新译学的广阔视野之下予以综合的考察,其重点在于融合创新。文章结合西学与国学异同的对比分析,联系当下译界面临的若干问题,讨论了中西译学融合创新的基本思路和可能的前景。

This paper intends to get a comprehensive understanding of traditional theory of translation in a new perspective of translatology in China.With inrterweaving and creation in mind, the author traces back to the fundamental di erences and similarities of Chinese and West academic traditions to nd out possible ways of interweaving the two traditional mechanisms into an academic creation in China’s translatology, and its future possibilities as well.
