支气管哮喘治疗新药的研究进展
摘要
以吸入糖皮质激素(ICS)为主联合长效β2激动剂等治疗可以使多数哮喘患者得到良好的临床控制。但目前的治疗方法仍不是最理想的疗法。新的治疗药物仍在不断地研发之中,包括新型的ICS、超长效的β2激动剂、新的磷酸二酯酶同工酶4抑制剂以及针对哮喘炎症细胞因子的"靶向"治疗药物等。今后这些药物的上市有可能近一步的改善哮喘的治疗。
