光敏感性实验方法建立及研究

目的建立光敏感性实验方法,用于检测化妆品及原料光敏感反应存在与否及反应强度。方法选择健康成年豚鼠,以10J/cm^2剂量的UVA或者UVA+UVB照射,观察实验物质的光敏感性及其反应强度。结果该方法可方便用于检测物质的光敏感性,简洁实用。结论我们首先成功建立了国内光敏感性实验方法,并成功应用于化妆品及原料的检测。该方法具有良好的准确性、科学性和实用性。

Objective To establish photosensitivity assay of cosmetics and raw material.Methods Three weeks after photo-induction, adult guinea pigs were exposed to ultraviolet rays with a dose of 10J/cm^2.We observed the outcome and calculated reaction intensity of photosensitivity.Results We established photosensitivity assay and tested cosmetics and raw material successfully.Conclusion We first developed the photosensitivity assay in China.It was suggested that the assay was accurate and feasible in testing cosmetics and raw material.
