急性泛发性郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症1例

Acute disseminated langerhans cell histiocytosis:a case report

报告一例4个月大男婴,全身泛发结痂性丘疹、红斑及水疱、脓疱性皮损。皮损病理示真皮内组织细胞浸润,核为圆形或肾形,CD1a及S-100阳性,诊断为急性泛发性郎格汉斯细胞组织细胞增生症。

We presented a 4 months old male who had a multitude of erythematous and crusted papules,erythemas,vesiculae and pustule distributed all over his body.The skin infiltrates were CDla positive and S-100 positive histiocytes with round to bean-shaped nuclei.He was diagnosed as acute disseminated langerhans cell histiocytosis.
