蛋白质组学方法在皮肤病研究领域的应用
Application of the proteomic methods in dermatological research
摘要
随着蛋白质组学研究在生命科学各个研究领域的深入开展,蛋白质组学研究的观念被越来越多的皮肤病研究者所接受,与之相关的研究方法也被越来越多的应用于皮肤病的发病机制、诊断方法、预后判断等诸多方面的研究当中,本文就目前蛋白质组学方法在皮肤科研究领域中的应用现状进行简要综述。
