摘要 增生性瘢痕常引起难以忍受的痛痒症状,目前尚缺乏简便有效的治疗。对瘢痕中痛痒介质的认识和控制,可为防治瘢痕增生及痛痒提供新的线索。本文就几种可致痛痒的介质与增生性瘢痕关系方面的研究进展做一简要综述。 Hyperplastic scar often leads to unbearable symptoms such as ache and itch,and there is no effective therapy now. Cognition of the mediators of ache and itch may offer new clues to the prevention and cure of hyperplostic scars.This article reviews the research works about the relationship between hyperplastic scars and the mediators of ache and itch.
