成纤维细胞生长因子10mRNA在脂溢性角化病皮损中的表达

摘要 目的研究成纤维细胞生长因子10 mRNA在脂溢性角化病皮损中的表达,探讨其在脂溢性角化病发病中的作用机制。方法应用原位杂交法检测FGF10 mRNA正常皮肤组织和脂溢性角化病皮损中的表达和分布。结果28例脂溢性角化病皮损表皮的全层或中下层均可见FGF10 mRNA表达(100.0%);正常皮肤表皮的基底层或个别细胞内可见FGF10 mRNA的表达(3.57%);脂溢性角化病皮损表皮中FGF10 mRNA的表达明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。结论FGF10 mRNA在脂溢性角化病皮损中表达增高。 Objective To study the expression and its role of fibroblast growth factor 10(FGF10)mRNA in the pathogenesis of seborrheic keratosis. Methods We detected FGF10 mRNA in epidermal tissues of normal volunteers and the lesions of seborrheic keratosis patients by in situ hybridization. Results The expression of FGF10 mRNA were found in all seborrheic keratosis lesions with in situ hybridization,positive staining in epidermis was distributed in the whole epidermis,and it was observed in cell plasma (100.0%),while positive staining in normal epidermis was localized mainly at the basal cell layer(3.57%). Compared with the normal epidermis,the positive rate and the mean expression level of FGF10 mRNA in epidermis of seborrheic keratosis were significantly higher than those in the normal epidermal tissues(P<0.05). Conclusion The expression of FGF10 mRNA in the epidermis of patients with seborrheic keratosis was higher than normal epidermal tissues.
