CO_2激光联合氦氖激光治疗毛根鞘囊肿100例

Clinical study of combining CO_2 laser with He-Ne laser in treating trichilemmal cyst

目的探讨CO2激光联合氦氖(He-Ne)激光治疗毛根鞘囊肿的临床疗效。方法将100例毛根鞘囊肿患者,按就诊顺序随机分组:A组为单纯CO2激光治疗组,采用超脉冲CO2激光将瘤体去除,常规口服抗生素及术后换药;B组为CO2激光联合He-Ne激光治疗组,治疗方法同A组,并在术后用He-Ne激光照射局部创面,1次/d,连续7d。结果A组38例痊愈,3例显效,8例有效,1例无效,显效率82%。B组45例痊愈,4例显效,1例有效,0例无效,显效率98%,两组比较有差异(P<0.05)。结论CO2激光联合He-Ne激光治疗毛根鞘囊肿优于单纯CO2激光治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical eff icacy of combining CO2 laser with He-Ne laser in treating trichilemmal cyst.Methods 100 patients with trichilemmal cyst were randomly divided into two groups.Group A: only treated by CO2 laser.Group B: treated by CO2 laser combined with He-Ne laser.The treatment was given once a day,and the course of treatment consist of seven days in a row.Results Excellence rates of group A and group B were 82% and 98% respectively.There was a signifi cant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical eff icacy of combining CO2 laser with He-Ne laser in treating trichilemmal cyst is better than using CO2 laser only.
