吸入型糖皮质激素环索奈德研究进展
摘要
环索奈德是新一代吸入型糖皮质激素,其本身无药物活性,在靶器官肺内转化为活性代谢产物去异丁酰基环索奈德。其具有肺部沉积率高、肺部滞留时间长、血浆蛋白结合率高、口腔沉积率低、口服生物利用度低、血浆清除快等特点。临床实验证实其疗效好,安全性高。
