摘要
传统气动或液压冲压技术及由其开发出的冲压设备,在结构上或应用中存在着诸多不足,例如气动式冲床冲压力小,效率低;液压式装机功率大、控制复杂、费用高、液压油泄漏等等。气液增压缸改善了单一冲压设备的不足,集气动液压优点于一身。本文介绍了气液增压缸的工作原理、结构特点、技术参数和应用场合等。
Traditional pneumatic or hydraulic press technology and its development of the stamping equipment,or application in the structure there are many disadvantages,such as low pressure pneumatic punch press,the efficiency is low;hydraulic installed capacity of power,control complexity,high cost,hydraulic oil spills and so on.Liquid pressure cylinder to improve the deficiency of a single stamping equipment,and the advantages of a pneumatic.This article describes the structural characteristics of working principle,liquid pressure cylinder,technical data and applications.
