摘要
转基因植株遗传稳定性研究是植物新品种育种的热点之一,外源基因遗传传递复杂多样,但一般都将其归结为单位点插入和多位点插入两种方式来研究其传递规律.不同的转化方法对转基因植物的遗传稳定性影响较大,在多数情况下,农杆菌质粒载体共培养转化都能获得完整的供体DNA结构,遗传稳定性好.转基因植物中,常常由于拷贝数、位置效应、甲基化等原因而导致外源基因沉默,使沉默的外源基因在有性世代间的传递因外源基因沉默的发生阶段不同而有差异.
Genetic stability of transgenic plants was one of the hot issues in breeding new plant varieties.The inheritance of foreign gene was complex and diverse,and genetic transference was usually studied through two insertions: single site and multiply site.The genetic stability of transgenic plant was affected by different transformations.In most circumstance,the intact structure of supply DNA was easily acquired by agrobacterium-mediated transformation,which had good genetic stability.In transgenic plants,because of copy numbers,position effect,methylation,the foreign gene was often silent,so that the foreign gene may show differences due to different silent stages in sexual generation.
