摘要
探寻一种科学合理、易于操作的评价方法,客观、公允地核算教师的学科教学成绩,是基层中小学教学管理工作者面临的一项重要课题。本文针对目前中小学评价教师教学成绩的弊端,将增值评价思想引入"改进和完善教师教学成绩评价"的研究与实践,提出了一种新的教师教学成绩评核方法——教学发展率差量化法,并对其在实践中的操作进行界定和分析。
It is important for junior or senior high school managers to seek for a scientific assessment method which is easy to operate to evaluate the teachers' teaching performance fairly.This article introduces 'Value-added Process' into the research and practice of 'To improve evaluation of the teaching performance' in regard to the disadvantage of current evaluation system ,and proposes a new teaching evaluation method,the teaching development rate dispersion method.Meanwhile,analyses are conducted to evaluate its impliment in practice.
